The Face and GPS Attendance System is a remote attendance system for organisations with many branches, offices or sites, even thousands of them. Each employee registers with an OTP and a photo, an administrator approves the account, and from then on staff mark attendance from their own phone when they reach their branch. A punch is accepted only when two things are true: the phone's location is within the distance allowed for that branch, and a live face check confirms it is the registered person.
Administrators manage branches, staff and assignments, set the allowed distance for each branch, review punch logs on a map and export attendance to Excel.
What Attendance includes.
Staff punch in and out from their phone, and each punch is stored with date, time and location.
A punch is accepted only within the distance set for the branch, which administrators can change per branch.
Staff register with a photo, and every punch is checked with a live capture: a liveness check, and a similarity match with the registered photo.
New staff verify with a one-time password, and administrators can reset a user's OTP for the day.
New registrations wait for administrator approval before the app can be used.
Create branches with codes, cities and coordinates, add staff and assign them to the branches where they work, however many branches there are.
Record the responsible managers for each branch, by level.
