Ride Hailing Platform

Launch a ride service with your own fares, drivers and city.

Ride Hailing Platform software product

Overview

The Ride Hailing Platform lets an operator run a city ride service. Customers request rides and see an estimated fare, drivers (called partners) register, are approved by the operator and go online, and an admin panel manages fares, surge, driver plans and live operations.

  • Four vehicle modes
  • Fare and surge rules
  • Driver onboarding and plans
  • Live partner map

Panels, roles and apps

Who uses it, and where.

Customer app (mobile)

Partner app (mobile)

A driver app for going online, receiving and completing rides, plans, earnings and payouts.

How it works

A typical flow.

  1. A driver registers and the operator approves the account

  2. The driver activates a plan and goes online

  3. A customer gets a fare estimate and requests a ride

  4. A nearby available driver receives and accepts the request

  5. The ride is recorded and payments are tracked in the admin panel
